Welcome to Face to Face. These terms apply when you use facetofacepueblo.com or buy from our online store. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you have questions, we're always happy to talk them through.

This website is owned and operated by Face to Face, LLC, located at 959 N Greenwood St, Pueblo, CO 81003.
Products and pricing
We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors and packaging may look slightly different in person, and brands sometimes update their packaging or formulas.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. If a product is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, and we'll let you know right away.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it's been accepted. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons like pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Squarespace payments.
Changes and cancellations. Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at jrcskincare@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped or been prepared for pickup yet, we'll do our best to update it.

Product disclaimer
The products we sell are cosmetic skincare products. They aren't intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Everyone's skin is different, and results vary from person to person.
The information on our website and in our product descriptions is for general education only. It isn't medical advice and isn't a substitute for advice from your doctor or dermatologist.
Before using a new product, please read the full ingredient list and directions and do a patch test. Stop using any product that causes irritation. If you're pregnant, nursing, have a skin condition, use prescription skincare, or have known allergies or sensitivities, check with your healthcare provider before using new products.

Gift cards
Face to Face gift cards can be used toward both products and services.
Gift cards expire after one year.
Gift cards can't be redeemed for cash, except where required by law, and can't be returned or refunded.
Please treat gift cards like cash. We aren't responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, but contact us if this happens and we'll see what we can do.
Digital gift cards are delivered by email to the address entered at checkout. A physical gift can also be issued if email is not the preferred way to send it.
Website content
The text, photos, logos, and graphics on this site belong to Face to Face or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Our site links to other websites, like our booking platform, GlossGenius, and our social media pages. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep our site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Face to Face isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using our site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
